How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 4–6 weeks for England and Wales. For mainland Scotland, please allow up to one additional week. Selected in-stock products are available for 7–14 day delivery where stated on the product page.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Delivery to your room of choice by a specialist two-person furniture team is included within our delivery area. Mainland exclusions apply. Please see our Delivery Information page for full details.
How is my delivery arranged?
Once your order reaches our delivery partner’s warehouse, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery slot and confirm an AM or PM window.
Will my furniture need assembling?
Our furniture is supplied flat-packed for self-assembly. Please check the individual product description for assembly information.
What should I check before ordering?
Check the product dimensions against your available space, along with doorways, stairs and the route to your chosen room. Tell us about narrow access, restricted parking or other delivery considerations before ordering so we can discuss them with the delivery team.
Where can I find measurements and more product details?
Each product page includes dimensions and specifications. You can also download its collection size and specification guide for further details.
Can I view the furniture in a showroom?
We don’t have a showroom at our head-office address. For help choosing a piece, contact us to discuss its dimensions, finish and product details.
